Convenient Location!

This place is right in the heart of everything downtown. I stopped by Poindexter Coffee nearby and grabbed some tasty pastries. It was a nice little find not too far away from here. 🥐

The location just a short walk from the train station was fantastic, making most places in Providence easily accessible. A good restaurant was located within a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel was spotless, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was excellent throughout the day. Exceptionally comfortable bed made my room well-appointed. The location was particularly good and amazing - a few steps away from everywhere I wanted to go. The restaurant was good for food or drink and for every budget.

Everything was perfect, I recommend. Came in Providence to relax and have fun, this hip new hotel was ideal place for doing it. The location of the property was magnificent - not very far from a rhode Island university.

The pull out couch was really only big enough for 1 person. We booked the room for 4 people and were told the king bed and pull out couch would be plenty of room. When we arrived the room only had a cot and no pull out couch. It was not enough for all of us to sleep so they switched us to a room with a pull out couch. The couch was so small it barely fit my 2 children. Thank goodness they are small but honestly it was not enough room for all of us and they should not have booked the room for 4 people.

The room had really comfy 2 queen beds, and it was decorated nicely. The staff here were super friendly and welcoming. 😊

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and conveniently located.

Fitness room was too small and too crowded and I was not overly impressed with the food offered at the "Bistro".

Bed was very comfortable. They were kind enough to allow us late check out

Too expensive and did not give any breakfast. The staff were not necessarily rude but were not friendly either

The spot was perfect for strolling around Waterplace Park. The food at the café bar was top-notch, enjoyed every bite. 🍔

When we checked in, I asked if we could pay separately when we checked out and the girl said we could. Then when we checked out, I was informed that they charged the whole room to my debit card. I didn't have enough in my acct to cover the whole bill, so I was charged a $35 fee to my acct. Was not too happy with that! :(

The setting is excellent and favorable, near the train station, convention center, park, restaurants, public transportation.

I appreciated the stay here. The room was spotless and well-maintained; the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were exceedingly nice and very courteous, everything was beautiful. It was in a particularly good location with Waterplace Park nearby. Café bar was there.

My wife and I liked being there. The rooms were beautifully maintained with 2 queen beds. The staff were knowledgeable and competent. The hotel had a magnificent and amazing location short walk from Kennedy Plaza. The property was an excellent base for enjoying a downtown area.
